Cancellation Policy

  1. Reservation must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm Sunday-Thursday
  2. Reservation must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm Friday & Saturday
  3. Special events & national holidays reservation must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm
  4. No cancellations allowed on reservations booked on the same day without one night charge per room
  5. No refunds for early check out.
  6. Please check current policy for the graduation, poly royal and group reservation policy.

Cash Payment Policy

  1. Room deposit is $100.00
  2. If the room is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be imposed.

Pet Policy

  1. Small pets allowed less than 25 lbs in designated rooms only with a small fee of $25.00 plus tax per night per pet.
  2. A $150.00 deposit will be charged and may be refunded after inspection of the room if no damage is made to the property.
  3. Undeclared pet fee is $50.00 per pet and $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to change policies without further notice.
