Olive Tree Inn & Suites Hotel Policies
- Reservation must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm Sunday-Thursday
- Reservation must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm Friday & Saturday
- Special events & national holidays reservation must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date by 4:00 pm
- No cancellations allowed on reservations booked on the same day without one night charge per room
- No refunds for early check out.
- Please check current policy for the graduation, poly royal and group reservation policy.
Cash Payment Policy
- Room deposit is $100.00
- If the room is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be imposed.
- Small pets allowed less than 25 lbs in designated rooms only with a small fee of $25.00 plus tax per night per pet.
- A $150.00 deposit will be charged and may be refunded after inspection of the room if no damage is made to the property.
- Undeclared pet fee is $50.00 per pet and $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to change policies without further notice.
